The rose bush making a come back!

After being chopped down to the ground this summer, the formerly giant rose bush is trying to make a come back all over the garden.

GOOD. I LIKED THAT ROSE BUSH. WE THOUGHT IT SHOULD BE TRIMMED, BUT THE LANDSCAPE PERSON CONVINCE ELLENI OTHERWISE. GLAD IT'S MAKING A COMEBACK!
